Worn Out Tires?
Since I am no expert or have been educated on how to tell a tire is "worn out" (other than the tires being bald), I'm not entirely sure if these are actually "worn out" as the dealer claims . . .
If anyone can tell if they need to be changed from what you can see in the pics I would greatly appreciate your input on the matter.

Those little horizontal bars in between the treads. Once the tread gets close to/even with the bar, your tires are done.
