What can I say, I'm a sucker for these things. One of the better food discoveries I've had this decade. Whether it's baked or steamed, it is a delectable experience if done right. Although this is mot to be confused with a pork bun or pork siopao. Those kind of buns have different insides. I don't but I feel it helps set up a cheerful mood for Christmas which is tomorrow.
